Is this party suitable for boys and girls?
Yes, the songs and games we play are not gender specific. We always tailor the party to suit the age, gender and musical interests of the children attending your party. Therefore, if there are a lot of boys we will alter the style of the party to suit, same applies if there are all girls, mixed ages, etc.
Can we do different sessions to cater to the different year levels?
Yes, we recommend doing different sessions for the different year levels. Depending on the size of your school, you could do a Virtual Disco Session per year level. Alternatively you could group the year levels together into similar age groups, i.e. Prep, Yr 1-2. Yr 3-4, Yr 5-6.
Our School doesn’t use Zoom, we have a different video software that we use?
We are happy to run your virtual school disco through another format if that suits your school better. We just need to do a sound and access test prior to the event to ensure we don’t run into any issues on the day.
Where can I run the party from?
Any where you have access to internet and your computer, TV or iPad. We recommend the children have enough room to dance without running into any obstacles for their own safety.
How many children can join per session?
Virtual disco parties can have up to 100 guests per session, because you are not limited by space!
Can we do Birthday Shoutouts?
Let us know upon booking if there are any children who have their birthday on the day of the event and the host will give them a shoutout.
Do I need to do anything during the party?
All you will need to do is ensure the computer set up and join the Zoom link we provide you with.
Are the entertainers ‘screened’?
Yes, all the staff and entertainers of Bop till you Drop have been approved with the ‘Working with Children Check’.
What if someone hurts themselves, are you insured?
Bop till you Drop has $20 million dollars Public Liability Insurance. However due to the fact that we are not in your home at the time of the event our Public Liability will not cover you if your child hurts themselves in your own home. Due to this we do ask for the dancing area to be clear of any objects which can potentially become trip hazards. It is also best to explain this to your guests as well.
