We have a mixed group of both girls and boys, will they all be engaged throughout the plaster painting incursion?
Yes of course, our entertainers are extremely experienced in knowing how to keep children’s minds captivated. From the get go, the entertainer will advise the children of the rules and guidelines for the incursion in a fun and positive manner. We want to get the best out of the children and believe using positive reinforcement will accomplish this.
Can the incursion be completed outdoors?
Always have a wet weather plan if your event is outdoors. We also find that outdoor incursions don’t seem to work as well as indoor incursions. Children tend to get easily distracted in big open spaces. If you really want to have your event outdoors we do have some regulations to comply with for our Public Liability Insurance. If your event is during the day, all the children need to wear hats, sunscreen and have regular drink breaks.
What time will the entertainer arrive?
Your entertainer will arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to set up. This also gives you an opportunity to ask questions or discuss any requirements.
Do I need to provide anything for the entertainer?
All the entertainer will need is a table to prepare the plaster painting on (big enough or multiple tables for the kids too).
Are the entertainers ‘screened’?
Yes all the staff and entertainers of Bop till you Drop have been approved by the ‘Working with Children Check’.
Do I need to provide a parking spot for the instructors?
Yes. Your instructor will need an allocated parking spot as close to your venue as possible. Please note you will need to pay for parking should free parking not be available. Also, please ensure you give the office clear directions on exactly where your venue is located.
What if someone hurts themselves, are you insured?
Bop till you Drop has $20 million dollars Public Liability Insurance.

We had Bop till you drop for a 2 Hour Science party for my Daughter’s 8th B’day party. They are super easy to communicate with and can get you all setup very quickly. The host arrived on time and was very engaging. The Kids did not move from their seats for the entire duration. Definitely recommend getting them to lift up your b’day parties.
