Will you be able to keep the children engaged?
Yes of course, our entertainers are extremely experienced in knowing how to keep children’s minds captivated. From the get go, the entertainer will advise the children the rules and guideline of the party in a fun and positive manner. We want to get the best out of the children and believe using positive reinforcements will accomplish this. Also the entertainer will use suitable dynamics and tailor the party to best suit the children at your party.
Is this party suitable for boys and girls?
Yes, the activities are not gender specific at all. We always tailor the party to suit the age and interests of the children attending your party.
What if I have a mixed age group for the Bopper Slime Party?
Not to worry, we can always tailor the party to suit the age group of the kids attending. All kids LOVE making slime so this is the perfect party for a mixed age group.
What time will the entertainer arrive?
Your entertainer will arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled party start time. This gives them adequate time to meet yourself and the birthday child, and also set up the equipment to be ready to go on time. This also gives you an opportunity to ask questions, give any special requirements if necessary.
When do the children have a food break?
We do not stop for a food break during the 1hr slime party, it is best to serve party food to your guests at the conclusion of your booking with us.
When do we do the birthday cake?
We sing Happy Birthday and cut the birthday cakeat the end of the party. We help organise the children around the cake, get their big voices ready and create awesome poses for super fun photos.
Do I need to provide anything for the entertainer?
The only thing the entertainer will need is a table suitable for making the experiments on. The children can stand or sit around the table. Everything they need for the slime will be supplied by us, including table cloths to ensure there is no mess at the end!
Do I need to do anything during the party?
The only thing you will need to do is ensure the food is ready for after the slime making. The entertainer will arrange the children around the table, assist on serving the food and help with drinks.
Are the entertainers ‘screened’?
Yes, all the staff and entertainers of Bop till you Drop have been approved with the ‘Working with Children Check’.
Do I need to provide a parking spot for the entertainer?
Yes, in order for the day to run smoothly and on time we do ask for you to block a car spot as close as you can to the party area. This will avoid any unnecessary stress on the day. Please note you will need to pay for parking should free parking not be available. Also, please ensure you give the office clear directions on exactly where the venue is located and the best street entrance.
What if someone hurts themselves, are you insured?
Bop till you Drop has $20 million dollars Public Liability Insurance. We are happy to provide you with our Certificate of Currency should you require it for hall bookings, this way you will not have to pay extra for insurance.
Will the children participate in the party the whole time? Should I hire a face painter or jumping castle as well?
You really don’t need any other entertainment taking place at the same time as the party. Children love our parties, and will benefit from all the structured activities alone. Should you really want face painters or jumping castles, its best to schedule them before or after.
