Will you be able to keep the children engaged? 

Yes of course, our entertainers are extremely experienced in knowing how to keep children’s minds captivated. From the get go, the entertainer will advise the children the rules and guideline of the party in a fun and positive manner. We want to get the best out of the children and believe using positive reinforcement will accomplish this.

Is this activity suitable for boys and girls?

Yes, making slime not gender specific at all. We always tailor the incursion to suit the age, gender and interests of the children attending your incursion.

What if I have a mixed age groups?

Not to worry, we can always tailor the incursion to suit the age group of the kids attending. The Entertainer will make sure the activities are suitable for the variety of ages present.

What if it rains? 

If hosting the party outdoors, we recommend having a wet weather plan. One of the great features of our slime incursions is that they can be done indoors or outdoors!

What time will the entertainer arrive?

Your entertainer will arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the scheduled incursion start time. This gives them adequate time to set up the equipment to be ready to go on time. This also gives you an opportunity to ask questions, and talk about any special requests

Do I need to provide anything for the entertainer?

The only thing the entertainer will need is tables for the kids to stand around while they create their slime. You can have chairs, but children will find it easier to stand. Everything they need for the activities will be supplied by us.

Are the entertainers ‘screened’?

Yes, all the staff and entertainers of Bop till you Drop have been approved with the ‘Working with Children Check’.

Do I need to provide a parking spot for the entertainer?

Yes, in order for the day to run smoothly and on time we do ask for you to block a car spot as close as you can to the party area. This will avoid any unnecessary stress on the day.  Please note you will need to pay for parking should free parking not be available. Also, please ensure you give the office clear directions on exactly where the venue is located and the best street entrance.

Are you insured?

Bop till you Drop has $20 million dollars Public Liability Insurance. We are happy to provide you with our Certificate of Currency should you require it for hall bookings, this way you will not have to pay extra for insurance.
